On July 13, 2025 we experienced an issue that made our telephone hotline temporarily inaccessible. This was due to a problem with our Telecom partner’s Domain Name System (DNS) services which affected our phone system’s connectivity.
✅ Current Status: The issue has been resolved, and our hotline is now fully operational.
